SENATE BILL NO. 338 "An Act relating to actionable claims against                                   
state employees; relating to the state's defense and indemnification of                             
its employees and former employees with respect to claims arising out                               
of conduct that is within the scope of employment; amending the                                     
Public Employment Relations Act regarding claims against the state or                               
state employees; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Stedman moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                           
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                  
2562. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 338(STA) "An                                        
Act relating to actionable claims against state employees; and                                      
providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                       
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
